has extensive experience with in-wheel motors and controls and has produced several in-wheel motor drive and energy storage components and systems
designs. Its proprietary systems, components and associated vehicle integration activities coupled with past work experience can be very effectively
utilized in the development of future vehicle implementations for the Company.s target markets.

Kevin J. Pavlov - President & Chief Operations Officer
Mr. Pavlov brings 20-year of automotive industry experience. Mr. Pavlov is an inspiring and driven leader with a passion for winning. Mr. Pavlov's
creativity and tenaciousness have been the keys to BluWāv current and past success. Mr. Pavlov joined BluWāv Systems from WaveCrest
Laboratories LLC, where he was the Vice President General Manager subsequent to his position as Director of Vehicle Systems. Prior to WaveCrest, Mr. Pavlov was
responsible for the building and managing of several "By-Wire" Chassis systems groups for Visteon Corporation. He has held numerous Manager,
Supervisor and engineering positions for OEM's and large Tier suppliers like Ford Motor Company and Alfred Teves Corporation to name a few.
Mr. Pavlov holds a BSEE in electrical/electronic engineering from the University of Detroit, an MSCCS in electronics and computer control systems from
Wayne State University, an EMBA from the AMP program at Michigan State University, and is in process of completing an MBA in Business Turnaround
Management from the University of Detroit Mercy. He is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and the Society of
Automotive Engineers (SAE).

Gary J. Gloceri - Vice-President, Technology Development
Mr. Gloceri is a 22-year veteran of the automotive industry. Mr. Gloceri combines his diverse design and commercialization experience in
electronically controlled chassis systems with a passion for hybrid and electric propulsion systems and technology. Mr. Gloceri joined BluWāv Systems
from WaveCrest Laboratories LLC, where he was the Vice President of Product Development subsequent to his position as Director of Vehicle Controls.
Before that, he was a Manager of Vehicle Controls at Visteon Corporation prior to which he held numerous engineering positions at OEM and Tier 1
suppliers like Ford Motor Company and Allied Signal, Bendix Automotive Systems.
Mr. Gloceri holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Valparaiso University and an MBA from Indiana University. He is a member of the Society of
Automotive Engineers (SAE).

Todd A. Kendall - Vice President, Product Development
Mr. Kendall is a 15-year veteran of the automotive industry. Mr. Kendall is a confident technical leader with proficiency in all areas of mechanical
design and modeling of propulsion systems. Mr. Kendall's broad engineering experience and focused execution have enabled BluWāv to exceed customer
expectations. Mr. Kendall joined BluWāv Systems from WaveCrest Laboratories LLC, where he was Director of Product Development. Mr. Kendall has
broad and extensive experience as an Engineering Manager, Project Manager, and Engineer through past positions at Visteon Corporation, Ford Motor
Company, and McQuade Industries.
Mr. Kendall holds both an MS and BS in Mechanical Engineering from Wayne State University. He is a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE)

Gary M. Meyers - Director, Business Development
Mr. Meyers is an inspiring and motivated business leader with strengths in finance, P&L management, business planning, and marketing. Mr. Meyers
formerly served as the Product Manager for Guardian Industries Corporation. Prior to Guardian, Mr. Meyers served for two years as the Business
Development Manager for WaveCrest Laboratories. Mr. Meyers also spent five years at Visteon Corporation, holding various positions including: Product
Marketing Specialist - Driveline Components and Systems, Sr. Development Engineer Advanced Heat Treat and Laser Processing Technology, and Lead
Systems Engineer - Interactive Chassis.
Mr. Meyers received an MBA from the University of Detroit Mercy, an MS in Product Development from the University of Detroit Mercy. Mr. Meyers is a
graduate with distinction of University of Michigan - Dearborn with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. Mr. Meyers is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, a
national honor society for business leaders. Currently, Mr. Meyers is completing a certificate program in Business Turnaround Management from the
University of Detroit Mercy.

Frank W. Ervin III - Director, Sales and Marketing
Mr. Ervin is a successful global business developer with a record of success that spans more than 33 years in diverse product lines, with specific
strengths in technology-based industries. Mr. Ervin is an effective strategic planner, able to identify business opportunities and develop markets by
leading product development initiatives, sales teams, wholesalers, and distributors to record results. Mr. Ervin also has more than 30 years of
direct B to B sales experience consisting of sales to Tire Dealers, Automobile Dealers, Automotive OEM Manufacturers, Truck and Bus Manufacturers and
Dealers and Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 suppliers.
Mr. Ervin has held numerous ranks throughout his professional career including COO, Vice President of Sales, National Sales Rep, Division Manger, and
Product Development Manager. Mr. Ervin's career has spanned such companies as IMC Dataworks, Corrsys-Datron, Dulap, and Michelin Corporation.
Mr. Ervin has earned a Bachelor in Business Administration and Masters of Business Administration with a major in International Business from Chelsea
University and has completed courses in Business Plan Development, Marketing Plan Development, P&L Operations, Budget Development and Administration,
People Motivation, and Performance Evaluation.
